Your role
As a Technical Recruiter at our company, you'll be the cornerstone of our talent acquisition efforts — the person who combines deep technical understanding, strategic hiring expertise, and compelling storytelling to build world-class teams. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting; you'll be a talent advisor, brand ambassador, and strategic partner helping shape our company's future through exceptional hires.
You'll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies while maintaining a high-touch, candidate-centric approach. This is a high-impact position where you'll leverage your full-cycle recruiting expertise to build diverse, high-performing teams while helping establish recruiting best practices as we scale.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive full-cycle technical recruiting processes from sourcing to closing, building authentic relationships with candidates while maintaining a high-velocity pipeline
- Craft compelling narratives about our mission, culture, and opportunities that resonate with top talent and differentiate us in a competitive market
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements, improve interview processes, and develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Create and implement innovative recruiting programs and initiatives to build sustainable talent pipelines and enhance our employer brand
What we’re looking for
- Proven track record with 3-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startup environments
- Strategic mindset that goes beyond filling roles — you understand how hiring decisions impact business outcomes
- Deep curiosity about technology and industry trends, with the ability to engage credibly with technical candidates
- Natural storyteller who can articulate our mission and opportunities in compelling, authentic ways
- Data-driven approach to recruiting, using metrics and market insights to continuously improve processes
