At Turnkey, we’ve built a low-ego, high-slope, and crypto-native team, with over 100+ years of combined experience in cryptography, security, and low-level systems.
Whether you’re in engineering or growth, everyone at Turnkey is a builder. We like to work with hungry, high-agency individuals who are excited to take broad ownership of our product and business.
Our technical team is remote-first, but all non-technical team members are based out of our headquarters in NYC. We value in-person collaboration and organize regular offsites to bring the team together.
We operate as a lean organization where each person is empowered to take full ownership over their work and results. Our company is low on hierarchy and unnecessary meetings, and high on personal agency.
